Description

Five Star Bank seeks a strategic Chief Compliance Officer to oversee all regulatory compliance and ethics for the bank and Courier Capital. You will maintain a sustainable CMP, lead risk assessments, testing, and policy governance, and report to the Board and Risk Oversight Committee.

You will chair the Compliance Committee, guide training programs, and manage change with regulators. A strong leadership presence and collaboration across the enterprise are essential.
