Description
Job DescriptionThe Civil Rights Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring adherence to civil rights laws and regulations within Virginia Cooperative Extension (VCE) and Virginia Agriculture and Experiment Station (VAES). This position plays a critical role in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the programs, activities, and services provided by VCE and VAES. The incumbent will collaborate with various university departments (i.e., the Office of Equity and Accessibility) to develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to safeguard civil rights compliance.
